Initially when my macbook air had warranty i had some issue with few keys on keyboard he lied to me and said that there was a trace of liquid inside it and almost gave me a bill amount of 250-300 euros.I visited apple stores they said no trace of liquid and changed my keyboard completely with a new one for free because of warrant.Next my mac just crashed with a blackscreen he said that the logic board failed and the bill was 500 euros when i took the laptop and checked with the apple store they said the logic board is completely fine and got my mac working for free.
They just lie so unprofessional very disrespectful ,disappointed and dissatisfied.
if you want to save some money don’t trust them go to proper Apple store.
on sept 27th i took my laptop to their shop because it got wet in the rain and it was not turning on. They wanted to charge me 494,89 EUR saying that i have some problem with my logic board but today i turned on my laptop and it’s working perfectly fine. What i beileve is that they are not professional and they really dont know how to do their job when it comes to repairing and fixing a device. So i would suggest and warn anybody if you need help then go to somone professional.
My first impression as a buying customer was very good! I’m surprised about the controversial reviews. In my opinion the staff is very friendly and competent. I had to wait a bit because there were a lot of customers in the shop, but apart from that everything was perfect.
