I took my mobile phone to be repaired and asked for a new screen and new battery. The technician told me he will do both jobs for PS50. He did a decent enough job on replacing the screen but when I came to receive the phone I asked whether the battery was replaced twice and he said it did. However, when I took the phone home I noticed that the power status and the battery health appeared to indicate that it was exactly the same battery. When I returned to shop the technician he told me that he did replace the battery but this does not square up with the battery performance chart. He then gave me a story about how all Apple phones batteries drain and that I should use the Power Saving mode. However this does not explain how the battery is still functioning at 78 percent. If he did not change the battery as agreed or he did not have the battery in stock he should be honest enough to admit it. Very disappointed.

I brought my laptop in to be fixed, he promised me that he would put a new windows on along with Microsoft office and he would also back up all my data. But when i came back the laptop was working but there was no Microsoft office and he lost all of the important documents i had on my computer. Before he fixed it I asked him if he will 100% be able to keep the data and he said yes. But he lost all of my files and did not put on Microsoft office. He’s a total scammer and I’ve never had such a bad experience in a repair shop. Avoid him and his shop at all cost. There are many other shops around there for you to go to.

Hello! My experience at Fast Tech has been really pleasant and amazing. I brought multiple AirPods and an iPhone 13, the employees did the unthinkable and provided me with a first class treatment. I also brought my laptop, and upon reviewing it, i noticed things went from bad to better, however I brought it in again, and at no further cost, he fixed it almost just by looking at it (no exaggeration) as if the computer speed doubled.
