Sold me a MacBook Pro with a broken speaker; an unofficial charger, which died on its own within months; and didn’t even bother to show up to their posted hours – when I showed up at 2pm, having travelled an hour just to get here, I was told that they weren’t there and that I should just wait a half hour outside for them.
Awful, awful quality, in a sketchy neighborhood; with an owner who can’t even be arsed to show up on time. Avoid.
Scammer. There is no software warranty. He refuse to fix my computer claiming it was a software failure, and he only fixes broken buttons etc. under his “hardware warranty”. Basically his fake warranty only covers broken buttons, but if your phone happens to stop working by itself after the first week you are basically screwed.
Don’t buy from here. Old, bad products. BROKEN! No actual warranty for computer malfunctions.
coordinated a time to pick up a computer on Friday at 2 PM. Showed up during business hours and the store was closed. Called multiple times and they never answered. I had also previously stated that this was an urgent situation and they insured me they would be there at 2 PM to 7:30 PM.
Waited for about an hour called multiple times still no answer. Extremely unprofessional. I would never do business with them again.
