Lovely chap, very helpful, my iphone 12 was blank but functional, plugged it in and it seemed the power supply was wrong (wrong charger) helpfully didn’t charge to examine it, bought just the proper charger, seemed to fix the problem. Excellent service. Gave me good advice too.
The employees were very attentive and friendly. They fixed my computer in the time estimated, pretty fast. They were very efficient and even though my German was not enough to explain my issue, they were able to give me a really good service in English.
The man was very good and friendly, the service was very fast, we waited around 30 minutes to get back my phone repaired, the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this repair shop
