Joe is wonderful! He is totally reliable – he always turns up when he says he will and keeps in touch to let us know how the repair is going. Joe installed new storage on my machine this year, having repaired it last year. I had an issue with connecting to the internet and Joe was able to talk me through the remedy as he was so busy he couldn’t come round. An excellent result. Would highly recommend him.

Not being tech savvy I spent several frustrating hours trying to connect my laptop and phone to a new printer without success so I gave up and called in the experts.
