Was quoted a price of PS80 which I was told would include a screen protector. When I went back I was asked if I would like a screen protector which I was confused about as we had already agreed. He then put the screen protector on and charged me PS20 for this. I told him he had already said this was included in the price and very quickly gave me a PS5 discount. When I went back to complain he said I never said it was included and was very argumentative. Extremely disappointed with service.
Highly recommend to that shop had problem with phone not charging then dying on me. They fixed it in under hour and half. Really great customer service compared to others in the area. Many thanks boy very good job.
