about a year ago I bought a prebuilt tower from one of the owners before their current shop opened, asked for a few specific components, the rest I wasn’t picky on. by the time I had got it, first thing I noticed was the tower was not the right size or brand and it had 3 fans instead of 5, but I let it go as I knew I could buy it myself and change that. fast forward to today, I swapped cases and nothing fits. there were 7 extra cords that weren’t needed, nothing was labeled, and cord management was awful. when I took the back off all the cords popped out and were very tangled. a lot of cords were held together with electrical tape and when I took it off the wires were loose, and some were even broken in half being held together by the tape. everything inside was from 2018 or earlier, most being ripped out of what I would guess to be a bad office computer. it wasn’t a huge problem at the beginning as I was happy it did run games, but overtime I found it didn’t run games I bought (rust, artika.1, battlefield 2042 and others) which before I bought the tower I did ask for it to be able to run certain games but later found out it wouldn’t. for over $1100, I was expecting a bit better.

Rick returned my email that day, i provided him with my requirements for a system for video editing and 3D printing software. he provided me confirmation that he would be able to build me what i needed and then some. Provided him my budget and i got a built desktop that excceds my requirments and well within my budget. He had the system built and ready for pick up within 2-3 days. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a custom built desktop or laptop to meet your needs. Pick up my system found that he also provided upgrated parts from orgional quote with no extra charge. system is running all my required software with ease. Thank you Rick for the amazing support. The system you built is 100% meeting my current needs and has all hardware I requested. I will be back for any additional computer needs in the future, maybe sooner then later on a couple better res monitors and more storage space increase on the system.

I asked them if they can fix my ps4 like clean it because it was super dusty and slow and sounded like a jet haha and they fix it no problem within 2 hours I was extremely impressed with these guys!!!
