Got a laptop there, was told it worked great but not only was it badly lagging it also had the last owner’s passwords still on it so I could get into her FB, email’s and YouTube account. It shows they don’t bother checking the computer’s before putting them out for sale, also it’s illegal to sell any device with the last owner’s person details on it as it’s ba massive breach of privacy. Worst place! Untrustfull, rude and unprofessional, plus windows 11 he installed on my laptop stopped working at same day and I have paid PS50, now I have to reinstall some were else, if you want to get ripped off that’s the place to go, and I will never step my foot in the shop again.
Left specific instructions in June to install CPU and an SSD on my PC. PC sent back with a broken RAM slot, poor cable management and was told there was no SSD in the box I provided despite it obviously being in there. Paid money to have PS150+ worth of tech broken and to be lied to.
