I bought a PC from them and it stopped working after 6 months. When I emailed them, they asked me to send it back to them and that they would replace it. I heard nothing after sending it to them and then emailed them again and – their reply was curt to say the least – they said they were going to post it on Monday ‘for Wednesday delivery’ (It’s Thursday today) When I telephoned them today they said they would ring me back in 5 minutes………it’s over an hour ago and their phone is on voicemail setting. I’ve just seen the other reviews and am worried that they might not have sent me the replacement after all……..I’ve wasted two days so far and not been able to settle into my work and I need the replacement computer for my other workload.

I bought a desk top tower from these via ebay. The computer got delivered and the sound wasn’t working so it was a faulty product. I messaged them and tried to get it fixed under the warranty they give. Only to find out all the cost for shipping would be at my expense (no mention of this on the ebay add). After asking to see where it mentions this in their T&C’s they stopped replying and never replied even after getting ebay involved. I would stay away from these as they send fauly producs and the warranty they give doesnt get backed up!

Sent total different model 5080 with different specs. Needed 1 hdmi and 1 display port

Poor customer service, emails reply one liners like an uninterested teenager rude sounding.

Shame Amazon don’t tell you who ordering from.

Will remove review upon refund.
