My laptop is invaluable to me in running my small business so when I went on holiday for 2 weeks and came back to it not working and having loads of emails to attend to it was very stressful. He kept me updated with what he was doing all the way through and I had my laptop back the next morning in perfect working condition. His fee was extremely reasonable too.
