They are the most worse persons I’ve ever seen in my life . You will get treated to them by the money , you will not get any single respect , their behave is so rubbish like they will eat you like a burger. Never visited this shop, if you visited that means you submit to them something that you willo never get back . However they any problem for your laptop or mobile they will make u understand like they are doing a project for NASA space station . So rubbish. PLS PLS PLS if you want to repair the laptop or mobile just ask them if they opening the laptop or mobile & detect the problem how much they charge for opening , otherwise you will stuck by them with huge charge . They will tell you if I can fix the problem then you will get charge otherwise not but after opening the device they will ask so much charge to solve the problem , if you say then i don’t want to do that then they will say then why I opening the business here , if you don’t want then put PS30-PS40 pound for opening the device , and they will tell you TIME IS A MONEY BRO IN”A.

The guy who seats at the front desk is very RUDE. AVOID AVOID. He talks down on customers like he’s doing them a favour. I rather go 10 miles fine another cafe than to go to this place. I wonder if he runs the business but he’s very very unprofessional if I was in business with him I’ll gladly leave. He needs education on manners and good customer service skills, but I doubt that’ll change him because he is use to it its a culture he gain pleasure disrespecting people who uses his services. I’m sure he enjoys telling people after work the amount of people he disrespect on each shift. He is always grumpy, never smile or even say thank you. He is always ready to disrespect you. I have never gone in the shop and not see him complaining or disrespecting other customers. If you don’t like your job give it to someone that does. You’re obviously their for the money and money only. Maybe find something you like doing and quit because eventually with that attitude of yours no one will come in their, I hardly see people in their anyway you’re chasing all your customers away. Very very rude indeed from a grown man

I bought an iPhone charging cable (well packaged) from this shop and when I got home, plugged it to charge my phone and didn’t charge. When I removed the cable from my phone, the cable pin just pulled out. Somehow, the pin wasn’t firmly fixed. I took it back the same day and met a very rude man. He told me that, I chose to buy a cheap charging cable and expect it to work like an expensive cable, there wasn’t anything he could do and if I was not content about it to report it to the police. I told him that when people buy stuff they expect it to work, how would you sell product that do not work. The man was so, unbelievably rude. Well, go to this shop at your own peril.
