Very bad experience, not recommended.
I am a user of a Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro, I had some problems with charging the phone and I came, the phone was ready in half an hour but they showed me that the battery was damaged, they asked me if I wanted an exchange, I accepted and they told me that would change the next day (it was late and they were almost closing), I returned the next day at the time they told me but they told me that it was not ready and that if I could wait longer, I returned at the end of the day and the phone was ready, I paid 120 dollars, quite expensive for the charging center and battery, although I don’t mind paying for it.

After 5 days I started having problems with charging again and I took it again, they told me to wait 2 hours, then they told me to wait longer and at the end of the day they told me that the technician had not come and will return the next day, I came back and they sent me to another location (Fraser) they said the phone would be ready at 7:00 PM, they were taking too long and it bothered me, when I went to the Fraser establishment they told me to wait a while since they did not have the necessary battery, which bothered me and I preferred that the phone be delivered to me in the condition it was in, I had to wait half an hour more until the technician arrived, when the technician arrived he told me that the phone needed a battery change, even though the The battery had already been changed by him, when I told him about it he started to tell me that he had only changed the charging center and not the battery, he wanted to charge it again but when I showed him the receipt he was speechless and agreed to change it very reluctantly, I waited Inside the establishment since they wanted to make me wait longer, they gave me my phone and I tried charging it but it still didn’t work.

I took the phone to someone else to check it and it was discovered that a part of the charging center was damaged by them, in addition to the battery of my Xiaomi being replaced with a Samsung battery.

The wait was quite long, the price was quite high and the phone was damaged even more by them.

Avoid this place at all costs if you want to avoid a bad experience like mine.

I wish I could give it 0 star. My microphone hasn’t been working since I replaced the back of my phone. Despite confirming the issue at the store, they insisted there was no problem. They refused to address any of my concerns and obviously declined to give a refund. I’ve already wasted 7 hours and $128.80, but they don’t seem to care.
Moreover, the person who was in charge of reception threw some plastic to show his anger (I still didn’t get the reason why he was upset).
I hope this review prevents you from making a bad decision.
Add: they told me that the manager will contact me about the issue, but I am pretty sure it won’t happen.

Extremely disrespectful, staff are talking about me in their own language (right infront of me) not knowing i understand it. Repeatedly saying ‘panchod’ (search up the definition of this word) and other swear words.

Not only that but they added additional damage to my phone and refused to take care of it on their expense, which makes no sense whatsoever.

I will be contacting the BBB (better business bureau, and leaving the same review on all platforms so no one else experiences what I did.
