Best of the best hands down! Went in initially for a charger cable as mine isn’t working anymore, or so i thought. The guy over there cleaned out my charging port and says its probably just dirty. Tried the charger he has and instantly worked. Told him, im gonna hold off the charger for now and see if my charger back home would work. Turns out he’s right. I just had a dirty charging port. I wasn’t a customer that day as i didn’t really bought anything but i have bought some stuff from them in the past. I was a customer then, and i will continually be a loyal customer of them!

He was a huge help in getting my phone to charge and getting me on my way. Was honest with my options and wait time, etc.
My charging port wasn’t working and same with the wireless charger. He discovered that my charging port was clogged up all along and cleaned it out. Not only that but I walked away with some useful knowledge and about my options in the future which I do appreciate greatly. If you need your phone fixed, Ralph’s the guy

They weren’t able to fix my phone, as it was a lost cause, but they tried multiple things and only charged me for the quote they gave me at the beginning. The service was awesome and I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend! They also have the best prices in town.
