It may be too soon to tell but so far so good. Took an iPad 8th gen and iPad 9th gen to be fixed. One needed a screen repair and the other a new charger port. They gave me a price of PS120 and it was done by the end of the next day (I was a bit anxious after reading a few of the negative reviews and I called probably about three times to check the status haha!) when I picked up they threw in a free charger and the technician said he’s also repaired the charger port on the iPad which needed the screen fixed. As I said it could be too early to tell, I don’t want to jinx it, but both fixes seem to have been done amazingly especially the charger port on the 9th gen which really hangs on to the cable now! I’m aware there’s a warranty on both fixes, for 3 months I believe, so if anything goes wrong I’ll take them back but just in case anyone like me is worried and takes the time to scour reviews, I personally had a good experience. The only thing I will say is that the hold music for the phone is quite loud so I’d sort that out!

Likeable staff but completely useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve taken something in to be fixed, I took a USB hard drive in to have the data extracted as it was corrupted. They kept telling me to ring back as the technician was off, so after a week of being told the same thing, they decided to tell me they couldn’t do it as their technician had tried multiple times. So I picked it up, took it to some guy in Crosby who does it as a hobby……He had it sorted in a couple of hrs.

These shop owners use Third class Phone And All parts, their technicians also damage the item and then they say no-fix doesn’t have FX, they damage it themselves and then write “no-fix”.
