Popped in today to get a port repair on a older iPod Classic.

Thankfully they had a port in stock and it was changed in about half hour!

Price was very fair too and the workmanship on the repair is high quality and professional after inspecting it after reassembling the iPod tonight.

I’m absolutely over the moon and recommend Fix It Up to anyone, no daylight robbery, open and honest with the repair and how much it will cost and everything I handed over was immediately bagged and asset tagged to ensure nothing gets lost.

The repair was hugely sentimental to me and I’m glad they were able to help me by fixing the port so I can finish the restoration and get it functional again at a very fair price.

Really pleased with my experience with this company. Sent an email inquiring about my three old laptops and whether they’d be suitable for recycling. I brought them to be checked after receiving a prompt response from an employee called Ross. As he was off when I brought them in, I left them with another guy over the weekend and was advised I’d receive a follow up call on the Monday. As hoped, I received a call on the Monday confirming my beliefs about the state of my three laptops and was offered money to recycle them, which I agreed to and received via bank transfer the same day. Would definitely use this service again!

Replaced a failing hard drive in my laptop quickly and for a reasonable price. Although I had to take it back in due to boot issues a few months later, once again they rectified this quickly with a full backup of my data (which I had assumed was lost!) I was impressed at the rapid turnaround and excellent communication on both occasions.
