I was very pleased with the service I received recently from Matt and Lee at Fix My PC. My 5 year old desktop had suffered a major failure, and was completely dead. I dropped off the PC in the morning, and Matt phoned me in the afternoon with his diagnosis (failure of the solid state disk, which was the boot drive). I agreed to proceed with the repair. A few days later, I collected the repaired and fully working PC, with operating system reinstalled, and the dust cleaned from inside, and the data on the hard disk drives all readable. The cost of the repair, which included the new and larger capacity solid state drive, was, in my view, very reasonable.

Highly recommended and very relieved I’ve found a company in whom I can have 100% faith in both their expertise and trustworthiness.

Sold me a broken laptop and then refused to fix or refund it, was told it was water damaged when it stopped working on the third use and never came into contact with any water or other liquid. Therefore the only way it could’ve become water damaged is if it was water damaged before being sold to me.
