Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this repair shop. Although all my friends recommended this place to me. The service was very slow. In 2+ months the specialists only found the problem and realized how to solve it, but did not solve it. Although according to them the repair together with the delivery of components should have taken one week. Some actions to fix my laptop were taken only when I reminded myself. The administrator did not listen to my requests at all and rather tried to hang up on me. In general, I was unlucky and I am very sad even for the money I spent for diagnostics, although I knew what happened to my laptop without their diagnostics.

I feel like I got a new phone…which is amazing, especially considering what it looked like when I sent it in to you! Thank you so much for your speedy care and attention, it is sincerely appreciated! The only problem now is I don’t really have such a great excuse to get an upgrade-which I’d like for a better camera! ;))

Twice I had to bring my tablet to them because it is smarter than I am. Both times they were polite and professional. I hope to not have my tablet need repair but if it does, this is the only place I would take it to. They answered all my dumb questions but didn’t make me feel like a fool. If you need a place to fix anything computer related, this is the place to go to. 5 Stars for sure!
