I had a extremely poor experience.
I don’t believe anything they say.

Went for urgent repair for a business laptop.
They said, it will take 2 days to identify the problem. I agreed and emphasised it was urgent.

2 days later, I had to follow up and they said will take 2 more days. Another 2 days passed and anf I followed up again and yet again, they said it will take 2-3 days more as they are very BUSY.

The conversations were very unclear with timeframes or next steps. I felt there was neglect of my request (despite charging me fees).

They will never get my business anymore.

Thanks Fix To Go for fixing my water damaged MacBook. I dropped on Wednesday. Amazingly they completed fixing my motherboard and replacing screen with two days! The repair speed is awesome. As well as the cost is reasonable. Will definitely come back if I have the similar laptop issue.

Had a last minute issue with my son’s playstation 5. PS5 was having overheating issues after long gaming sessions. I was really glad to be able to get an appointment straight away and they managed to get it done on the same day, earlier than expected !!! Highly recommend !
