My one plus 6 phone got switched off suddenly and left me with a great worry . Being in the country for 2 years, I never knew a trusted company who can fix the phone issue. After a quite big search in the internet I found fixfactor, I thought I would go and find out my luck even though the travel to their office from my place was almost 2 hours. I took a chance, I must say that I was so lucky and the service which I recieved is par excellence. I went in the office with a dead phone, I met Mr. Adam who inspected the phone and asked to leave the phone with them for a day to check grossly. I explained my travelling conditions and my difficulties without a phone. He humbly asked if I could wait back for 2 hours while he gets the phone tested. I happily agreed, to it and waited in their office while the work was getting done.

Mr. Adam explained and showed me what all has gone wrong in the phone. He has very minute and extensive knowledege about the phone damage which was justifiable as he showed me the tiny damaged parts vs the new part. He said my phone’s volume and power buttons needs to be replaced and I agreed to it. Those things were replaced and after that multiple checks on the phone was done with their integrated machines. My work was done in less than 2 hours of time and I went back home with a phone in a good condition with all my data being untouched, hence I was extremely happy to see that my data and documets are not lost.

The mode of contacting Fixfactor was also very quick, I just emailed them and I got the response within 30mins because their online chats were consming a lot of waiting time.
Expense wise I don’t know how to comment as far as my phone was repairable and my data was secured and not lost, so it din’t bother me.

Overall, it was very outstanding, Work is excellent. Trustworthy and Mr. Adam took time to explain client (me) who is novice about gadgets and the entire android system. Honestly, appreciable . He also assured the phone doesnt have any other issues where I will face similar issue again. He has very accurate and wide undertanding and knowledege about all types of phone. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Highly recommended. If you want a friendly service from people with a can do attitude this is the place. HUAWEI failed me yet Fix Factor managed to solve the issue. Parking is not that bad as long as you are happy with pay and display. Finally, they provide a fix it while you wait service.

Great straight forward service, took my phone to replace battery and charging port, parts were ordered for next day, I had my phone back after 1,5 hours in perfect condition saving me lots of money to upgrade my phone. Would recommend to anyone with issues with their devices.
