They took time with my machine and made sure all was well.
What was particularly impressive is that, in the end, all it needed a really good clean inside due to excessive dust and fluff etc.
Now, I wouldn’t have known that. An unscrupulous outfit could use that as an opportunity to propose a more costly repair.
So, very happy and in the nicest possible way I hope that I do not see Fixio again; but if I have Mac problems, I will be straight over.
I thought that was curtains, but Fixio did a very thorough analysis and contacted me for a decision about whether to pursue the repair. Their advice was really helpful and the repair went ahead. Excellent work, attention to detail and communication.
