I had a Dell battery problem. The guy was simply amazing and helpful. He ordered a new battery and fixed it a low cost. It’s evident that he loves his work. He has passion for FIXing IT problems. He gave me additional tips for my laptop and offered to replace my new battery should I see a decline in its performance. He also gifted me a new power connector for free.
