My phone’s charger port was claiming to be wet and not transferring data even when not doing so. I brought it along and Carl took it apart for a thorough cleaning, at a reasonable pre-agreed price. When the problem recurred that evening he had it back in and replaced the entire charger port free of any additional charge. He wouldn’t even accept my offer of the cost of the part.
Carl strikes me as a good and likeable man, and he’s obviously expert in fixing phones. Very happy I chose his service.
