I had a machine with a tiny screw that I was unable to remove, as its head was slightly damaged. I had been turned away at a hardware store before.
The gentleman tried a few things and after 10 minutes gave the machine back to me, with the screw loosened, and the words “it’s physics”.
Yes, it may be physics, but it’s also really good customer service.
I had to insist on leaving a payment. It may only have been 10 minutes of work, but it saved me a lot of shipping cost if I had had to send the machine in for repair by the manufacturer.

I can definitely recommend this shop.

Took my phone which had a broken scree. I was greeted politely by Awas who took my concern seriously and within 45 minutes he resolved my issue

The price to replace my screen was PS188 which i thought was on the expensive side but given the urgency of the situation, and the incredible service given it was worth it

Phone is working better than ever!

Very prompt and to-the-point service by Awaz and his colleague. I went with a completely non-functional laptop to try to at least salvage some critical files from the hard drive. Ended up leaving 2 hours later with the files backed-up and the laptop back in working order (saving me a week of warranty service).
