I’m brought a MacBook charger on Saturday. Come Monday morning my laptop charger was not charged because the charger was not working. I got back to the shop I explain this and ask for assistance. I get advised to talk to the manager in the fixlocal in Chelsea to speak with the manager. When arriving, not only did I get an brand new charger, with pins that weeeent burnt, I also got my laptop fixed and cleaned to stop the problem to reoccur. Whilst I was waiting the manager takes me to their branch coffee shop and gives me a free iced coffee on a hot day, which was needed. So far very satisfied and happy with the time and effort to help!

Rang them up to say one of the keys on my laptop stopped working. Nothing else was wrong. The guy on the phone without seeing the laptop or asking me any questions about it told me it needed a new keyboard and tried to flog me a full service. He assured me the laptop must have water in it. Even when I told him it didn’t. He just talked down to me as if I’m an idiot.
I went to a different small repair shop, they extracted the faulty key and fixed the connection while I waited. All works perfectly now. Cost me PS25

Asked me to leave a review to get a 10% discount on a portable charger which it turn out doesn’t even work. It doesn’t charge my phone and can’t be charged. It’s rubbish. I should have known as I plugged it in in the store but my phone was very slowly charging. They had to let me borrow their charging cable plugged in a wall plug in order to turn on my phone to actually leave the review. As soon as I plugged it back in the charger, it turned off again and now it just doesn’t do anything.
