Our daughter had a cracked screen in her MacBook Air and we were anxious to have the screen replaced quickly. Calling the shop when it opened on a Saturday at 11.30, Mark was quick to call us back after we left a message and assure us he had a screen available. Arriving at the store he was helpful and reassuring, letting us know it would be taken care of in 45 minutes. Having gone to get lunch, we received a message to say it was ready in 25. We cannot recommend this service enough, especially after trying to call the Apple Store last night and this morning and not being able to speak with anyone or leave a message. Mark is a certified Apple technician and we are very happy with the work he has done, and at a very reasonable price. If we have any further issues with our other tech, we will be sure to go back again.
After drowning my phone in its waterproof case snorkeling and not having a backup, I was desperate to retrieve all my precious photos, data etc. Called a few places who sounded like amateurs and had no idea what they were doing so I had little faith. Stumbled on this company. Mark never gave up and did everything over 24 hours to get it back up. He got ALL my data back and phone working to a good enough state to backup and transfer to new phone. The phone works but was due an upgrade anyway… you are a lifesaver Mark… no need to send to Sydney for data retrieval as recommended by Apple… we have a guru right here in Perth. He is just in arcade opposite Perth Apple store. Pay him a visit. No fee for looking and no charge if he cannot retrieve the data.
I had a cracked screen on my MacBook air and was looking at many options to get it fixed quickly. The only place that could do this and at a reasonable price was Fixpress in Perth City, located not far from the Apple shop. Most others wanted to ship it to the Eastern States for some reason or another. Mark at Fixpress was very professional when quoting the job, explaining what they can do, and delivering at the end. I am impressed.
