I took my cell phone with a cracked screen to get it repaired. Besides being cracked the phone worked 100% fine, I was just getting tired of trying to read text on a cracked screen. When he replaced the screen it caused a world of new issues to my phone, the biggest of which caused me to have no signal in most places. At first the screen went black, thencamrea didnt work, then my volume buttons. He had to take the phone apart several times to fix his mistakes but could not solve the issue of my bad reception, the sim card being located in the part of the phone he replaced. I got tired of going back over and over and asked for a refund, but the owner will not take accountability for selling me faulty technology and will not refund me almost 260 dollers for making my phone unusable when the only thing wrong with it prior was a broken screen.

I’ve reported this operation and filed for small claims court. Avoid at all costs!

*edit* this man won’t even refrain from responding to reviews with fabricated lies. I have no pass code on my phone and only began this process 3 weeks ago and it dragged on because he scams people and would not take accountability. I did not swear, I only told him he was getting reported for unfair buissness practice because this is basically theft. I would also like to add this store has a zero exchange or return policy, which is not clearly posted anywhere and not communicated whatsoever besides the bottom of the electronic recipet you only recieve after paying. It is just smarter to shop somewhere with a proper return policy for faulty items. I feel embarrassed for trusting this establishment.

When your local buissness scams people, they have a right to know. Sorry not sorry.

Would give 0 stars if I could, I came here to get a cable box installed and programmed but when I purchased the cable box from him for $180, it was never programmed. I came back to discuss it with the owner saying he’ll reprogram which he didn’t, I would then go onto ask for a refund which he said there was no need as he would provide another box “on the house”. He then later charged $200 for the new box? Overall this business scams their customers out of money and is not entirely honest, please save yourself some time and DO NOT come here.

My husband broke his screen and we called around Cambridge where we live and nobody was willing to help us or even answer their phones. So I reached out to guelph and this fine gentleman went above and beyond to help us. Said he would order our screen and have it here next day. As promised we showed up next day and he helped us get the new screen installed. He was so friendly, reasonable and helpful I recommend him so highly. One of the buttons on his phone didn’t work and he fixed it next day.
