The worst service I’ve ever had in Germany. It took me 6 (!) months to “get back” my Tax-Free after buying an iPad this summer. And in the end I still didn’t get my money – instead I’ve been offered a voucher. Moreover, I’m now asked to return the product that I’ve bought using this voucher!

Good choice of Apple products and related accessories. Nice personnel. Possible to order via phone, arrange a visit without corona-test for collecting the goods. Provide discount for school-students
