We enjoyed browsing through this store that seemed close to a Best Buy/ Barnes & Noble combination. They have a large assortment of electronics, including TV’S, small appliances, games (both electronic and board games), books of every kind and even bicycles. We looked at some headphones, since we are wanting to buy some, but we are still undecided on that purchase
The shop itself is good and the staff themselves are helpful. In particular one of the managers recently resolved a problem I’d had with a promotion online that didn’t work. Thank you.
My feedback for the marketing and IT team is that your promotions need to deliver what they promise and be more easily usable in practice.
We headed to the phone section where we were greeted by a young man who happened to be an expert in Samsung products. His professionalism left a strong impression on us. We took note of his advice and are seriously considering returning in a few days to finalize our purchase of the specific phone.
