However, what makes this situation even more frustrating is the response from the sales staff. Rather than offering alternatives or checking other stores in their network, it’s not uncommon for them to simply suggest that you buy the book on Amazon.

The customer service is quite useless. I came here four times and the problem is never solved. I ordered a product more than 3 weeks ago, it never reached the store, and the customer service said there’s nothing they could do. Crazy company. Amazon is so much better.

Very large electronics store,cell phones,labtops,chargers, tvs. Very nice customer service to help. Also bought a notebook and deck of cards here. It is located inside mall on 2nd story. There is a Lift/ elevator
