Well, if you are foreigner/international, this is a horrible place to visit, the customer service only speaks french and refuse to help in another language (english) or at least to do some google translate effort for you if you need to buy. I went today to buy iphone and asked for possibility to pay several times, the manager yaacoub’s response was you dont speak french, sorry you cant purchase. If you went to my country and they treated you like that, what will be your impression?

Openly laid out and fairly well sectioned on three levels, great little cafe on the third level for quick bite to eat or a coffee. Reasonable choice of products but did not appear to have a more budget brand of accessories such as phone wall chargers. Maybe being from Australia and close to China who are a major trading partner we have much cheaper brand options, 65% cheaper for phone chargers for instance.

I think this is one of the biggest branches of FNAC, I was there to make some enquiries about some phone, it’s a 2 floor storey with variety of electronics and home appliances. It’s in the city centre of saint Catherine street. There is an escalator to the upstairs but didn’t see any accessibility option for wheelchair users. Overall it’s great place for any electronics
