An epic fail in customer service. Ordered and paid for 4 year insurance for mac air, which you can use in any fnac. Took to Limoges who said that as bought online via fnac pro that they couldn’t help at all. Told to call the pro helpline, and after 20 mins on phone been told to go back to Limoges. 90 minute drive to be given the wrong information for insurance that cost EUR300. Would give 0 stars if possible.
The prices are too much very expensive. But you can fine all the new models of samrtphones and computers great
