Buyer beware. Very dodgy return policy. Service desk hidden at the back of the store manned by a single a-hole, whose job is to deny as many returns as possible.
Fnac marks up products higher than any other tech store. Find a Boulonger or better yet, shop online for electronics.
The quality of the service was very good, they gave student sales for tourists studying aboard which is very cool. The snacks were fresh and enjoyable, the seats were very comfortable. I would definetly revisit!
A very welcoming all media store. A little pricey but if you find what you’re looking for (records) it costs as much as an amazon purchase but without the waiting.
