Day 1 – I went to Fnac Jean d’arc with my friend to buy a electronic trottinette . He is working and he have perfect address . According to Fnac instalment conditions , he is ok with all conditions. But when we reached to the final payment process for 4 times instalments …Officer ( madam) told me your friend didn’t speak well French. That’s why we didn’t give him trottinette in instalments.
Ok we happily accept conditions .
Day 2 – I decide , I would like to buy electronic trottinette and I wants to give to my friend as gift . I spend 1.5 hours just a to buy trottinette. At the end they told me they have technical problems on their server . That’s why they didn’t pass my order. Ok deal I understand.
Day 3: first I enter into the shop . In the fort desk on security and other desk Fnac selles officer . I asked him and I told him my previous situation then he told me he didn’t sell trottinette. He told me you have to wait . He is free …he didn’t do anything.
Even he didn’t inform any other colleagues.
The security guard try to ask help me , but nobody there. After 10 min I found one sells man …he made a one document for me to buy electronic trottinette . Thanks man .
Then I go the downstairs in the finance department…officer do the same thing like yesterday she did . I spend 30 min that day . Al last they except my order and I got it .
Thanks finance officer (madam)
I just want to say if you have instalment policy
Pls make it easy and another thing I would like to say sellers be helpful for customers .
Thanks.
Despite going out of my way to provide the original receipt, the outcome was even worse. My device had a minor screen crack, and FNAC used that as an excuse to deny my warranty claim. The issue was in the charging port. It’s clear that FNAC is more interested in finding ways to avoid their responsibilities than in genuinely helping customers.
The staff may be polite, but it’s clear that the company’s policies are geared towards making the warranty and repair process as difficult as possible for customers. This is a textbook example of an anti-consumer, anti-repair approach that puts company profits over customer satisfaction.
FNAC, you’ve lost my trust and respect.
