The first guy who fixed my phone, didn’t want to stay 10 minutes over shutting time because the problem wasn’t fixed which isn’t the best service due to me having to make an hour round trip again over the weekend which is time out of my day, and cost of fuel and parking. The second guy was more accommodating but the issue was fixed but the camera was working but one of the camera options were not working correctly and said to come back a couple days later. No discount on price offered after driving to and from home 2 times for the fix. It wasn’t the guys fault who fixed it yesterday but just this could have actually been a little bit more better on my behalf if they
A- stayed and worked 10 minutes after closing that may have saved me an hours of travelling and extra parking fees or said come back the second time that I did go back for it properly fixed.
B- ordered enough parts or even from reputable companies that wouldn’t send out equipment that is faulty in the first place.
And C- recognise customers don’t live around the corner from the shop and can’t justify travelling backwards and forwards constantly to get a phone fixed that they were hoping would have been done the first or even properly the second time with PS20 ontop of quotation of originally said.
No barter on a fix that was done incorrectly.
Only a screen protector that on amazon are around PS2-PS3 if that in a multipack, or even less at business rates.

Professional and incredible service and definitely the most competitive prices (and I did my research). I had my IPAD and iPhone screens repaired to a very high standard and in record time and then a great price on a replacement handset too. The man was even very patient with my 3 children. It’s rare that I would write a review but I promised I would do so as he said he doesn’t advertise. This place deserves the 5 stars. Thanks – you made us all very happy to have our devices back in one piece and not break the bank in the process! 🙂

My mobile wasn’t charging. They had to check 3 different things. Told me to come back in a hour. It wasn’t ready. Told me to come back in 45mins. Still not ready. Told me to come back in 10mins. It took nearly 2hrs. But, they fixed my phone. They had to solder an internal wire back onto the motherboard. It cost PS35 for the repair. But, well worth the time and effort. Waiting for it to be fixed. Working great so far. Battery is holding charge better than it has in nearly a year. They did a great job. I would recommend them.
