I can not recommend this shop enough. I’ve bought my phone (Iphone 11) in twice now for a screen replacement as the first time I left it on the sofa and my dog (then a puppy) chewed it, leaving the screen unusable. Over a year later, I dropped it and the screen cracked and had a malfunction. The phone ended up with 3/4 of the screen completely dark with the rest having colourful lines through it. It also ended up with the phone needing to be factory reset as it locked me out too many times. Both times I was told 20-30
minute turn around (which was adhered to) and I was charged an extremely reasonable price, complete with phenomenal customer service. The second time around I also received great advice when I asked about what phone case and screen to purchase and. I was also told that they could reset my phone in store (at a charge) and I would risk loosing all of my data and so, I was told, clearly and in detail how to rectify it myself. I’m very happy with my experience here and if I ever have an issue with any technology this shop will be the first one I go to.

Went in on Sunday to get my camera lens fixed, quoted PS40 for it and just under an hour to be fixed, came back to find the camera blurry (worse than before) he said to allow 20 minutes to sort it out, I came back and it was the same. He initially said I can pay half price. Told him I wasn’t paying half price for them making the camera worse. They said not to pay and would get the boss to ring me on Monday. I gave them Monday and Tuesday to get in touch with me, and nothing. After a close look under light, there’s an oily finger print on the camera under the lens (cheap quality may I add) It’s quite obvious what has been replaced. Safe to say I won’t be using again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great service – absolutely faultless. My screen was not easy to source and they were careful to check I wanted to proceed once they had a firm price, rather than forcing an expensive unpleasant surprise on me. They were careful to let me check the phone was working properly before payment, and the 28 day guarantee for the screen (excluding damage) is good to have. All in all, I would totally recommend them.

Edited 14/8/23 to add that they have just repaired my phone again within an hour of dropping it in for a malfunctioning power switch. Such polite, helpful service every time!
