Very poor customer service.
My wife had her phone screen replaced everything went fine, but within 3 weeks the screen became faulty with no damage or knocks so my wife went in to ask for replacement and was point blank told no by the female manager. After some discussion the female agreed to fix the phone and said come back a 3pm and phone will be fixed.
3pm my wife went back to the store only to be greeted by a man waving her phone at her saying “we’re not a charity, I know people like you going around trying to get freebies from different places”
Then proceeded to argue and shout at my wife causing my 5 year old daughter to cry by saying “look at your mum is this how she raises you!!”
Then the two shop workers discussed something in there own language ( rude)
Then agreed to replace the screen so in the end the issue was resolved but very bad customer service and bad attitudes

My phone screen was cracked. It was not easily repaired due to a past repair but the technician was very persistent and thorough, he replaced the screen and now the phone works better than it ever has before. He also fitted a glass screen protector and I bought a good case for my tablet.
Owner was really welcoming and friendly. Changed my battered screen protector perfectly in record time! Prices for phone cases are good and he even gave my daughter 20% off even though we didn’t have a voucher! Highly recommend
