Couldn’t find an authorised repairer when I broke the screen on a new phone so I took a punt on this backstreet place that I have been walking past for years and years. I was a bit nervous leaving the phone but they ended up replacing the screen good as new in less than 24 hours with collection on a Sunday. There was a tiny amount of excess glue which easily polished off with a cloth but otherwise perfect, not a mark on it. Would definitely use them again (though hope not to!)
My two teenagers daughters went here to get their phone fixed, he told them a price which I thought was way too much! So I called up and he quoted me a lower price. When I went in and confronted he overcharged my daughters he then denied he ever gave me the lower price. Will not be going back here. Another place charges PS20 less!
Every single time I go into Fone Citi they sort the problem out – quickly and cheaply. They were brilliant today. I thought I’d be without my phone for days, but they sorted it in 20 minutes!
