Only giving 1 star because I have to,it would really be no stars.. I took my phone in to get my screen fixed after banging it on the door handle. I handed it into fone City and the only problem with the phone at that point was a cracked screen, everything else worked perfectly. Was advised to keep tape on for 24hrs to let glue set properly, but was told I could still use the phone during that time without damaging it. I left the tape on for an extra day to make sure and noticed a black spot next to camera which I couldnt see when the tape was on. Then for the next few days the phone was restarting all the time and would cut out during calls e5c.and I noticed the back of my phone wasnt attached properly, so I Decided I was best taking phone into be fixed. I told them the problem I was having, they told me they knew what was wrong and to leave the phone for 30mins and then collect. Went back after 30mibs and they says it was fixed and I was to keep tape on for another 24hrs and to be careful with the screen as it wasn’t the expensive one. Also noted that they had replaced my good screensaver with one that was cheaper too. I left the phone turned off for 48hrs just to be sure it had time to set properly this time. The same problems kept happening again, so I went back down to see what they could do. Attitude changed dramatically, no longer helpful and apologetic, the man I assume was the manager was rude and told me I must have dropped the phone, and I told him I hadn’t even used the phone at all for the first 2days and certainly had not dropped the phone. He repeatedly called me a liar and told me I was just trying to get it fixed and not pay for it. Then after I asked my daughter to come in and tell him I had not dropped the phone, he then says he never says that and never called me a liar and I was lying. Baring in mind by this point he’s been raising his voice and I was so angry, that I raised my voice back. So my daughter and her friend (and whoever else walked by the shop) had heard the whole altercation from outside and knew exactly what was said. Would defo not recommend this shop to anyone, inferior service and disgusting attitude from staff..

Don’t even deserve a star. Cheap flimsy screen
Didn’t even glue the screen on right and made a mess of my phone with there glue
Cheap job and they don’t take pride in there work.
They have horrible attitude
Instead of fixing my screen they put a cheap PS3 screen protector on also trying to change the subject about my water damage with my complaint. And not fixing actual problem. (bad glueing which you see on the photo) yes I have water damage but nothing to moan about. As phone still powers on. Will Take your money and won’t give you your warrenty
Now they changing what they said to me in the shop now saying different On there reply on my review to make them look better but they Told me they will replace screen on my phone but need pay another PS65. the water damage isn’t the complaint or this bad review . The problem is the (screen repair) So liars also my review is about the bad glueing and cheap flimsy screen showing on photo so the owner needs to stop changing the subject. Only advising people to beware of this bad screen repair which you can clearly see

For the 1st time with all the mobile phones I’ve had, my current one I managed to break the screen, my son encouraged me to try ,PHONE CITY in kdy high St.best bit of advise I’ve acted upon. New screen fitted in 40 minutes. Excellent job done and a very nice person to boot , would highly recommend.
