Absolutely amazing service from the guys here. I came in a month ago with a really problematic phone, not a typical Android model either. I really put them through the ringer on fixing it, they ordered new parts for me, tested it over and over to make sure it was working, and we really thought it wouldn’t be possible to fix. It was looking like Data Recovery was as far as I could go, but then they pulled it out of the bag and got me my phone working again so I could back everything up and keep using it. It’s still working perfectly two weeks later, which is more than I thought I’d get, so I can’t thank them enough! They even capped the price for me because of how patient I’d been on the timeline for the repair.

Truly a gem of a shop down a little alley, amazing customer service : quick, well done, reasonably priced, no hard up-selling, just genuinely nice people. They even offered to share their stash of chocolate biscuits with me while I waited.
