Superb service received today. Replaced an iPhone 8 screen in just 45 minutes. It turned out to be a faulty part so he replaced it on the spot, even quicker the second time! Sometimes its when things don’t go quite right that service providers get the chance to shine. This guy really shone. If you’ve got a phone issue don’t go anywhere else – really. Brilliant.
Very helpful advice, you’re not allowed into the shop but he did help me without charge as advice was needed, I don’t like the idea of handing my phone over without me being there so he was very understanding and gave me his card to call him if my phone didn’t improve, glad to say his advice worked and I didn’t need to call or go back
