Update: the service was very good (5 stars) but their selection of screen protectors is obviously poor so downgraded but my phone looked terrible weeks after. I was given the option of two protectors by the assistant, where the one I chose was the more expensive ‘better’ one. He fitted it. Looked good but within two weeks it was unfortunately showing significant damage at the edges, and this got much much worse over the next two months. The phone doesn’t spend much time in my pocket at all, but this damage happened and it now looks terrible. I feel like this kind of thing happens a lot as he was meticulous with the edges when fitting, but still didn’t prevent it. I’ve never had this issue buying well reviewed protectors from elsewhere online for other phones. This shop needs to improve their choice of protectors supplied, more due dilligence. I’d prefer to support independents, seems a good shop and good staff but will go back to getting protectors that I know work.

One of those “why didn’t I do it sooner” things!! Went in, and in short time, my long term charging port issues had been fixed, the poor Samsung factory fitted screen protector replaced and a new case/protector. 3.5 year old phone isn’t that old considering it all still works well, and now it looks like new and without those annoying charging port issues. All very polite and efficient. Thank you!!!

Excellent service! I went in yesterday and the gentleman fixed my WhatsApp problem in my phone. He was kind, courteous and fixed the problem with a smile. I fully expected to pay for this service but no payment was expected. I was so grateful. They have an excellent choice of phone covers also and I always get mine from there. I would thoroughly recommend and the team are a credit to the company. Thankyou

My Mum had an issue with her phone and the SIM card was completely stuck and wedged and could not even be seen and we thought it was a complete write off. The man in the shop was so kind and patient and sorted it out and wouldn’t take any payment.

Mum was over the moon as she could get all of her data back and we were so grateful for the help and support,
