As a huge watch enthusiast i thought i would pop into this shop to see if a battery could be replaced for my omega sea-master “quartz” and remove a link from the bracelet. The work was carried out in a very professional manner, and a original battery was replaced. Whilst i waited to have my watch done i was speaking to Mr Merchant who was very friendly and helpful. Of what i gathered from our conversation he has more then 20 years experience in this field. I highly recommend using this shop as from now on i will be a permanent customer. Many thanks
Terrible customer service. The gentleman who runs this shop is awful. I went in to get new battery for my polar watch. Went to pay but he didn’t take card so I popped out for 2 seconds to grab cash. When I got back he’d increase the price by PS2 as he had fitted the battery in my watch already. I said to him that I just wanted the battery and even showed him my 10p ready to fit it myself but he just ignored me and gave me my change.
Excellent service, and great shop have everything from key cutting , watch repair and phone accessories and bought my self a new phone while waiting for watch battery to be replaced which was very fast and great price cheaper than timpson . Great family owned business
