One word cowboys. Bought a mint condition Samsung phone. After month lost all sounds they said was speaker dragged me over 16 miles to tell me didn’t have one had to return week later. For them to fit one the phone lasted a week before sound went again went back diagnosed charge port changed that phone lasted 4 days all in all attended this shop 5 times with no joy and they totally damaged the casing never offered to replace it. In the end the phone went on to airplane mode was unable to use or disable this fault complete waste of 200 pounds and travel word of warning avoid these cowboys
Fantastic service. A shop I have used previously but my phone screen died and was quoted a price for fixing. Agreed and left my phone. When I returned less than 20 minutes later my phone was repaired at half the price as was an easier fix. Thank you for the honest service when could have easily charged original price quoted. Highly recommend
Took my daughter to initially purchase another phone. They told me they could replace the battery and put a new screen on her phone in 20 minutes. Fantastic service and just an all round good experience. Lovely people to deal with and most importantly, they put a smile back on my daughters face
