On the 28th December 2023. I purchased a I phone 14 case costing PS15.00, this was faulty and they replace a week later, here we are Feb 16th and I took the phone case back in as this was also faulty and was advise that it was too long ago for them to replace and phone case and he would not discuss this and was very unhelpful.

I would highly recommend you don’t use this shop as the products are faulty and not cheap to buy.
Cant even rate the, as so bad.

Needed a universal ac adaptor urgently ,the Gentleman in the shop was so helpful and had exactly what I needed .The shop isn’t just for phone repairs it is an A to Z of anything you might need if you have any type of electronics be it phones ,laptops or PC’s it’s a “One Stop Shop” highly recomended
