Absolute shambles, got given the run around for 4 days. I took my a12 in to have a screen replacement and was told to pick up the next day. Waited nearly all day, rang to then be told there was battery/charger port problem and was gonna cost extra. Went and saw what was happening, agreed and had planned to pick up day after. Was told when I got there it was an error made by them and didn’t need the new part but screen was fixed. Happy days. Took phone home, there was an issue with my vibration (sounded awful and cut out and in) went to the shop and spoke about this and I got the blame, told its cos I keep dropping it. Kept referring to the screen damage being the problem even after it had been fixed. But the vibrstion wasnt a problem until it had been fixed. Anyway, I walked away without my phone being fixed properly. Screen fixed but now the power button has been damaged (was told I wasn’t using the button right, need to use my nails, but was fine even just before i took it in this day) and vibration plays up loads. Go elsewhere to fix your phone if you can.

I would like to say how helpful and patient Mo Yasir was and sorting everything out for me.
I didn’t have clue about phones and what type to get and be able to use.
I was recommended his shop by a phone shop which show how well he is thought of in fone revive Neath.

Totally wrong person!
They damage tape from screen S21 Ultra and phone doesn’t work in my samsung when they trying exchanged other parts expensive damage and not want take responsibility.Proved what they done from other specialist!!!
