Phone broke back in January and came here to get it replaced. Had a screen repair but sadly after a while my phone started glitching-had another replacement and yet again same thing happened. It’s been 3 months now and my phone is still glitching out. Paid PS100 to get it fixed and bummed as it hasn’t been repaired properly. On a good note-every time I have come here I have had really welcoming customer service from one guy (don’t know his name) but he is so incredibly sweet and polite. (Not saying it’s their fault as I am so thankful that they did everything they could, however I paid to get it fixed and it’s still glitchy).

I recently went to phone revive as needed to urgently fix my phone. Was served by Brad who had lovely manners and made the experience very pleasant.
