if i could give 0 stars i could. went to fix my phone a couple months ago. they ruined my phone and SCAMMED ME. they charged me PS80 and the same day its lagging, not making me type properly, so many things wrong with my phone now to the point where i need to buy a new phone. they can’t get away with this and i hope it doesn’t happen to anybody else i’ve sat here with a broken phone for months and tried to give them benefit of the doubt, absolute thieves.
Came to Bristol for a short break. Found my iPhone 12 Pro not charging anymore. Walked into Fone Revive. Where I was greeted by Ahmad. Very knowledgeable and diagnosed the fault on my phone offered me a great price and had my phone ready within the hour. Made sure I was satisfied and used genuine charger and others to show my charge port working as should. Highly recommend and great customer service 5*
Genuinely awful place. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. We were then refused a refund after they left the phone in a worse off condition than when we entered the store for some basic repairs. The member of staff was extremely rude and dismissive and left my little sister in tears.
