Took my iPhone XS recently to look into a broken speaker issue. They took the phone apart and identified the issue but didn’t have the part. They promised to call over the next 48hrs when they received the part but never called. But the main issue is that now the vibration function is not working! Overall really disappointed with this shop and service. Went with a broken phone and they broke it some more and didn’t follow up on their word!
The screens they use are fake. Finger print scanner no longer works which is a hallmark of fake phone screens. The back casing is also now peeling off the phone because it is only held on with glue – as the fake screen and side panels don’t have the correct clips. It’s a joke because they actually tell you that the screens are real! Don’t use these people.
Good Service and really good price I found in that store I call all the stores in whole Bristol no body give me that price to fix my screen Thanks Alot
