i bought a pair of headphones from here. they broke immediately after buying. the guy who was in the store that day was a nice south asian man who let me exchange them for a working pair. those worked for a little while, then also broke. so i came back to see if they could be fixed or exchanged.

this time the normal guy was accompanied by a larger white man in the store. the white guy was a jerk. the normal guy tried to fix the headphones, couldn’t, told the white guy, confirmed i had bought the headphones from this store (as he sold them to me).

the white guy insisted i needed a receipt to get the exchange, which is fine, except they took the receipt upon the first exchange. hence why the normal guy confirmed he sold them to me. at this point i just told them both it’s ok, you can just keep the broken headphones, i’ll just buy a new pair somewhere else.

as i went to walk out, leaving the broken headphones that i paid for, that i have every right to take with me if i want, that i did not exchange for a replacement. the white guy starts full on yelling at me about where the other headphone is (they’re wireless earbuds, i left one at home by accident, the issue that needed to be fixed was with the case) and tells me i “cannot leave him with an incomplete product” which makes no sense as again i did not exchange it so he has no right to it, i’m just leaving it behind to be thrown out at this point. he continues to yell full on at me to “drop the act” whatever that means, and i leave the store.

that white guy is honestly completely immature and inappropriate. i would NOT trust this store with any important electronics, especially phone repairs. avoid.

I went in on Wednesday morning to get my battery replaced on my iPhone 13, and waited for it to get done,then I went back and my screen had been pulled off by mistake,however they replaced it for free wasn’t bothered by this it were more time wasting now my battery isn’t holding charge and coming up with a temperature warning and,he had swapped my apple genuine display for a copy,DO NOT RECOMMEND

Brilliant customer service and repairs! I was joking that every time I come down to cornwall I break my phone and end up back here . 10/10 would recommend!
