Took phone to be fixed. Walked out of shop turned on home button wonky only works if press in exactly right way. Took back told that’s just what happens when screans replaced rang samsung they said not at all. Went to use phone screan came away from phone took back he smeared with glue in shop and sent us away with it held together with tape. Got home found it cracked where he glued and pressed down. Rang and they still fobbing us off phone was perfect when left shop. Would never use again and have reported to trading standards

My son saved some cash to buy some Headphones while we were in Wales so we called in fone united he quickly offered some wireless earbuds for PS25 my son went for those, only to find out we could of bought the same headfones for PS8. I understand as a shop you need to make money but that’s taking a pi#s ripping of kids
